Ieng Sary (1925-2013) was a co-founder and leading member of the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia. Between 1975 and 1979, Sary served as the foreign minister and deputy prime minister. In 2007, Sary was arrested and charged with crimes against humanity, but died of a heart attack before the trial concluded.
